As part of Mango’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, it is a requirement for their supply chain partners to complete Higg FEM.
Assuring transparency and reducing environmental impact in our value chain is a key pilar of Mango’s Sustaianble Vision 2030. Consequently, Mango has set the objective to achieve 100% of its supply chain partners to complete and verify the HIGG Facility Environmental Module (FEM) in the upcoming years.
Our 2024 objective is to achieve 100% of Tier 1 and 2 factories to complete, share and verify the Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM). In the following years we will be expanding this objective to Tier 3 and 4.

Answer: To fulfill Mango’s requirements you should purchase the FEM 2023 facility package.
Answer: No, there is no need to create a new account. Your existing Higg account (Higg ID & login) is still valid and can be used to access the newly branded Worldly portal. As long as you still have an active subscription to Higg Index tools, you will be able to access those tools on Worldly.

Answer: Accept the module share requests sent by Mango.
If you do not see a pending share request from Mango in your modules page, under Share Requests, you should click the Share Module button and initiate the module share with Mango.

You can access Mango’s share request in the FEM Modules page under ‘Share Requests’. View the requested module and approve the request. Please note this is something you have to accept every year you complete an FEM module.
Navigate to the FEM Modules page where you will click Share Modules on the right hand side. Then select the FEM 2023 that you want to share, search for Mango’s ID 136454 , then select share. Once the brand accepts the share request, the module will be shared.
