Arunhariharan B S is a Sustainability Analyst at Eastman Exports Global Clothing Pvt Ltd, a leading apparel manufacturer in India. He specializes in the Worldly Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM), carbon footprint analysis, ESG, SBTi alignment, and ZDHC compliance. He brings experience in Data Studio visualization and leverages Generative AI, Apps Script automation, and AppSheet application development to drive science-based environmental impact across apparel manufacturing operations.

Mr. Zhong Liang Lu holds a bachelor's degree, and is a senior engineer. He currently serves as the Director of the Office at Hangzhou Hangmin Damei Dyeing Co., Ltd.

His previous positions include Office Assistant, Deputy Director of the Office, and Head of the Digital Department at Hangzhou Hangmin Damei Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd.

He has received honors such as Outstanding Party Member of Guali Town, Advanced Worker of Hangmin Group, and Advanced Worker of Hangmin Damei; and has been appointed as an expert by the Jiaxing Municipal Energy Conservation Association.

Erol Bilmez is a Dyehouse & Finishing Technical Manager with extensive experience in color systems, dyehouse operations, and chemical management. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Business Sciences.

Erol joined Coats in 2003 and has progressed through a range of technical and managerial roles in color systems and laboratory management. Since 2011, he has led dyehouse and finishing technical operations, with responsibility for ZDHC compliance and chemical management. His expertise includes color physics, color management, problem solving, SAP PP, and continuous improvement. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and IOSH Managing Safely certified.

Alice Vaccari is the third-generation leader of Serigrafica Carpigiana, a family-owned company with over 70 years of history in the Carpigiano textile district. Specializing in high-fashion knitwear printing, the company blends artisanal craftsmanship with technological innovation and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. As CEO and Chemical Manager, she oversees all phases of production, ensuring continuous alignment with ZDHC’s Roadmap to Zero program.
