Thank you for being an important member of Ralph Lauren's value chain. Learn how to use Worldly to share your facility data.
As a part of Ralph Lauren’s Supplier Engagement Strategy (SES) framework, Ralph Lauren requires manufacturing partners to provide visibility to their environmental and Social & Labor data annually through completing and verifying the Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) 2023 and Higg Facility Social & Labor Module (FSLM).
Ralph Lauren partners with Worldly, Cascale’s technology partner, to help guide facilities in completing their assessment(s). Worldly will be sending email communications throughout the reporting period to each facility. These communications will include regular progress reminders, resources, as well as guidance on the next steps for the facility, in order to fulfill Ralph Lauren’s Worldly requirements on time.
Ralph Lauren requires each facility to purchase the Higg FEM 2023, and complete both the Higg FEM self-assessment and verification modules on annual basis.
Ralph Lauren recognize SLCP/ Higg FSLM as part of its Global Citizenship’s Social Compliance Monitoring Program. Factories located in a country or region that is not covered by the Better Work program and has SLCP verification available shall share the SLCP/ Higg FSLM verification result via the FFC platform. We accept verification results (SLCP v1.6) from April 1st, 2024. This applies to new factory onboarding to Ralph Lauren.
Please reach out to Global.Citizenship@RalphLauren.com for further enquires on the mutual recognition program.
All Higg FEM 2023 self-assessments and verified Higg FEM 2023 must be posted and shared with Ralph Lauren (Higg ID: 134216).
All Higg FSLM (CAF v1.6) self-assessments and verified report must be posted and shared in FFC with Ralph Lauren.
Remarks: Higg FSLM (SLCP) is required to submit on an annual basis. The submission timeline is shared by the Global Citizenship team via email. Please send a request to Global.Citizenship@RalphLauren.com if you are not informed on the submission timeline.
