As part of Nike’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, it is a requirement for their supply chain partners to complete a 2023 Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) or Facility Foundations and Higg Facility Social and Labour Module (FSLM), with verification.
This year, Nike requires each facility to purchase FEM 2023 subscription to access the assessments.
Nike is working with Worldly, Cascale’s technology partner, to help facilities complete their assessment(s). Worldly will be sending email communications throughout the reporting period to each facility. These Worldly communications will provide resources and guidance on next steps to ensure facilities are getting the support they need to meet Nike’s completion requirements on time.

Complete onsite verification by SAC-approved verifier & review your verified assessment. No changes can be made after VRF status is assigned. There is NO addendum process for FEM. Finalize assessment on Worldly.io by changing to VRF.
All verified Higg FEM and Facility Foundation modules must be posted and shared with Nike
Complete the assessment process within eight weeks from the date of Nike enrollment email.
(Not in SLCP Eligible Countries) As soon as possible from the date of Nike enrollment email – all facilities must purchase Higg Facility Subscription

Please refer to your last rating announcement under the “Next Assessment Due Date” field for your specific deadline. Each facility has a unique deadline based on when the last verified assessment was finalized.
All verified Higg FSLM modules must be posted and shared with Nike. Migration of previous assessments from FFC will not be necessary, we are able to access these directly.
For facilities completing Better Work-SLCP (BW-SLCP) assessments, please share the verified assessment with Nike on Worldly as soon as it is finalized. The facility will need to purchase a $200 transfer fee to move the BW-SLCP from the gateway to the Worldly platform. Once in Worldly, there is no additional fee to share the SLCP with a brand on the FFC platform.

Nike is working with Worldly to track our supply chain’s progress in meeting our foundational requirements by completing and sharing assessments in a timely manner.
The reminder emails are largely automated and are sent out based on a fixed status progress.
Nike continues to use FFC to process your report after it has been shared with us on Worldly. Please ensure you have an active FFC profile and add your FFC ID to your Worldly profile.

The course is accessible via this link. After clicking the link, the course can be accessed by clicking the ‘Enroll’ button to the right. Upon accessing the site, you will be required to create a user profile, which enables you to access training via the system. The user profile also enables you to return to the training if you do not complete it during the initial session. The training will take approximately 90 minutes to complete and includes interactive features and quizzes.
