Stefanie Kato is Associate Director of Accounts at Worldly. She oversees the strategy for engaging with Worldly's client base, which includes over 40,000 users, from manufacturing facilities to household apparel and consumer goods brands and retailers. Stefanie leads her team in partnering closely with customers to support their sustainability goals and initiatives through the use of Worldly technology and services, including the Higg Index. With over 10 years of customer engagement experience, Stefanie's passion for sustainability drew her to Worldly five years ago. She has a Master's degree in global affairs from NYU.
As Worldly Vice President of Customer Success, Loretta oversees the team responsible for serving Worldly’s client base and ensuring those clients are fully satisfied throughout the customer journey and optimized for growth. Loretta provides valuable strategic input across client challenges and feedback. She also works closely with the Worldly Product Development team to inform product enhancements and support product releases.
Prior to Worldly, Loretta had 12 years of experience in supply chain sustainability at UL, ranging from program development, software implementation, client services and innovations.
