Worldly acquired the assets of Fair Factories Clearinghouse on August 2, 2023. Worldly is a supply chain sustainability platform used by brands, retailers, and manufacturers to measure environmental and social performance. The acquisition brought FFC custom social and labor assessments and compliance workflows onto the Worldly platform alongside existing facility assessment tools.

FFC assessments and Cascale’s Higg Facility Social & Labor Module are complementary. The Higg FSLM provides a standardized, industry-wide social and labor assessment, while FFC assessments let brands build custom questionnaires mapped to their own codes of conduct. Hosting both on Worldly lets brands run standardized and custom social assessments from one facility data set.
