Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Which Facility Plan should I purchase to meet the requirements? PlusMinus

Answer: You should receive a tailored communication from both Primark and Worldly notifying you about which plan to purchase. But you can access information about each plan’s contents here.

Question 2: If I already have a Higg account, do I need to register a new Worldly account? PlusMinus

Answer: No, there is no need to create a new account. Your existing Higg account (Higg ID & login) is still valid and can be used to access the newly branded Worldly portal. As long as you still have an active subscription to Higg Index tools, you will be able to access those tools on Worldly.

Question 3: How do I register a new account? PlusMinus

Answer: First-time Higg users should start here to learn how to create an account on worldly.io.

Question 4: I haven’t completed my 2022 FEM yet, do I need to buy anything new? PlusMinus

Answer: If you have already purchased your 2022 FEM, your assessment will be available in the Worldly platform. You will only need to buy a new subscription next year for 2023 assessments.

If you have not yet purchased your 2022 FEM you can do so under one of our new packages, which you can explore on the platform.

Question 5: How do I share my 2022 modules with Primark? PlusMinus

Answer: Accept the module share requests sent by Primark.

If you do not see a pending share request from Primark in your modules page, under Share Requests, you should click the Share Module button and initiate the module share with Primark.
